Meenan kept us abreast via phone on expected arrival time of service staff. The service personnel were courteous, well informed on our system and found the problem and solution quickly. Heat was restored in a few minutes for one zone Repair of the other zone was competed quickly by service tech Mike the next day when the part was available. Both tech’s were helpful and efficient. The gentleman was quite friendly, courteous, professional Nd knowledgeable!! He showed where the main heater switch was and waited, to make sure the unit was operating properly.
