I called @ around 5pm … John V (#32) arrived around 6:30pm to give me an emerg fill and restart … He was excellent.

Meenan kept us abreast via phone on expected arrival time of service staff. The service personnel were courteous, well informed on our system and found the problem and solution quickly. Heat was restored in a few minutes for one zone Repair of the other zone was competed quickly by service tech Mike the next day when the part was available. Both tech’s were helpful and efficient. The gentleman was quite friendly, courteous, professional Nd knowledgeable!! He showed where the main heater switch was and waited, to make sure the unit was operating properly.
Service person went out of their way to explain the work needed, provided proactive advice for maintaining the system.
Your technician arrived on time, worked on furnace and hot water heater, cleaned up and left. Perfect!
