I am a first time customer with Meenan and I am so pleased that I made the switch to this company from my prior Oil Company. The customer service and repair people are so very nice and informative. I was shocked to receive from Tech 38, Nathan, a report upon completion of the cleaning. Nathan explained to me some of things that need to be fixed, and explained each section in the report. Did a good job and clean
My thermostat failed and, due to health issues, I needed heat during the night. I explained the issue to the service representative and received quick, efficient service. Everyone was helpful and courteous. They made me feel like my problem was their problem.
