Love the staff! Food needs improvement, but we would recommend Meridian at Laguna Hills to other families based on the experience so far.

We have good care and very good response/attention when needed. An all are very friendly all of the time. It is a great atmosphere to reside in.

My dad toured The Meridian and immediately knew he wanted to move in. He got a big one bedroom that is large enough for a living room and an area to do his paintings, which is his life work and passion. He is able to have his doggie best friend with him and loves the safe area to let him run around. He reports loving the food and the staff. He keeps mainly to himself and chooses not to socialize much, but the place has a lot of activities available.

Five across the board we couldn't have asked for a better experience staff quality of care. It was a pretty incredible place for him. Very grateful. Gentle, kind, and caring. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my dad received at The Meridian. The staff were truly amazing, demonstrating kindness and compassion every day. [name removed] has been a tremendous help with the transition to [name removed] new address. she has been incredibly supportive with everything he needs, additional, the front desk team, including {names removed] and the rest of the team whose names I am still in the process of learning. I have all been fantastic.

From the first day I came to see the place. I was delight by the friendly approach of the staff starting from the front desk staff and those others serving at the dining area. This place also have activities where everybody is encourage to participate.

Generally I'm very happy at the median. The staff is great and do a superior job. This place is clean and well kept. I'm thankful for the activities and the holiday at most fear during the year. Any problem are addressed timely.
