Both [name removed] and [name removed] are excellent at helping and explaining any questions. They were willing to show all areas of the facility. Very kind!

They make you feel very comfortable and welcome as soon as you walk in. We are happy. The room is very spacious for a studio. Food is hit and miss. Some days it's very tasty other days it's just meh. There is definitely large portions though.

The food was good, staff was helpful, cleaned the room once a week, size was good for one person, played bingo.

The apartments are large, the largest that we saw, almost 900 ft.². Everything is nicely clean. The food choices are varied and good. The staff is kind, always with a smile. The restaurant choices for field trips are endless, and local medical services are abundant.

One issue we've experienced her kitchen sink keeps clogging up. They send a handyman quickly but the problem keeps recurring. Overall my sister in law is very happy with Meridian. Staff are personable, friendly and helpful. She is in a one bedroom apt so size is ok. Kitchen is rather small but it encourages residents to have meals in the dining room which is good for socialization.

I enjoyed my time seeing the facility. A lot of amenities go into the rent price. I will bring my mom for a luncheon for her to take a look at the community. I think this would be a great place for my mom to socialize and play mahjong.

My Mom is very happy at Meridian. Lots of activities and she says the staff are "wonderful." They were very helpful and accommodating during the move in process. The other residents are also very friendly and it didn't take long for her to make new dining and card game friends. The dining room staff are very pleasant and cheerful. Her only issue is that some of the food is not to her liking.
