Wonderful, friendly, warm people work & live at Meridian. I've made many new friends. I am involved in attending amazing outing & activities. Dining is top notch. Wonderful food. Helpful, friendly front desk. Housekeeping incredible.

Overall our mom seems very happy and we feel safe having her there. She has a beautiful, remodeled apartment. The front desk staff could have it together a little better, but they are friendly. More exposure about activities would be nice. Some might need more than a calendar. For the money, I would expect a little more high end service.

Meridian at Laguna Hills is a nice resort like atmosphere. Basic services for assisted living are reasonable; however, any further services (ie, medicine management) can make this location very expensive for the long term.

My sister is a resident at Meridian at Laguna Hills. Overall, things have been very good so far at this facility. The housekeeping is great. The staff is good. It's a good place. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have had a great experience at Meridian at Laguna Hills. Our family is happy our loved one is here. The staff communication with the family has been good, anytime we have questions about our loved one. I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones.

Meridian at Laguna Hills is a five-star facility with great amenities, including a spa and hair salon. There is an independent wing and an assisted living wing, so they have the capability for people who are independent and have their own cars. The apartment is a good value for the money. I think they only thing I wild be careful about is their accounting processes need more efficiency and rigor.

When we went to first check out the Meridian at Laguna Hills we were very impressed with the community itself - you can tell they keep it extremely clean and well organized. They have different dining rooms and all of the staff are very friendly and do a good job keeping an eye on the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far we would definitely recommend them to other families.

It was an exceptional living experience for my mother, from the daily care that she received to the meals. I never once heard her complain about the food, and she liked it so much she didn't really even use her little kitchenette. Her apartment was upgraded and really cute. You didn't feel like you were in a nursing facility at all. Her overall care was 1,000%. I was floored with how great Meridian was, especially compared to other places we experienced. I would recommend it to anybody.
