It was an exceptional living experience for my mother, from the daily care that she received to the meals. I never once heard her complain about the food, and she liked it so much she didn't really even use her little kitchenette. Her apartment was upgraded and really cute. You didn't feel like you were in a nursing facility at all. Her overall care was 1,000%. I was floored with how great Meridian was, especially compared to other places we experienced. I would recommend it to anybody.

Everything is fantastic over there except for the admin department they don't communicate. Takes a bit to get maintainable but everyone slow now with lack of people. He has a second chance at life and is so overly beyond grateful to your Company and the Meridian. It seriously has been a gift and could not be more perfect. My mom does not participate in activities so we are not able to rate this. Value for cost...she really has not been a resident for long enough for us to know yet. I do want to add that head nurse [name removed] and her assistant [name removed] and her staff go above and beyond to accommodate Moms special needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and were pleasant to deal with. The place had a nice look. Probably the one negative comment I have is in regards to the remodeling they did. In the bathroom in my loved one's room, they put in a new vanity that looked really nice, but the drawer fronts were fake. There was not a single drawer, and the only way to get in there was to open the two doors and climb underneath the sink. Other than that, it was good.

I think they were in change of ownership, so they were still working things out. They definitely were trying and working on things though. My loved one was there for a short respite stay. For the most part she enjoyed the food. Move-in and move-out didn't go perfectly smoothly. There were some little miscommunications. And our final bill included some charges that we were not told about initially. We had to kind of fight to get that resolved, but they did refund us eventually.

This community is close to a hospital post office, and shopping centers. The staff are very friendly to work with.

The staff here runs a safe and engaging life for seniors and I’m so happy to have loved ones in this community !

The community is very clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. The food needs to improve, the food quality is not good and not seasoned well. I feel they need a better chef. It would be good for the community to add more staff so there is more one-on-one attention for the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

You could not have nicer people than there wonderful staff. They all care and are considerate. They are here for you, and take great care of you. You can sleep better knowing they are a call away. Being taken care of and watched over is comforting.
