Location and price were the main reasons we chose Meridian at Laguna Hills! Overall my loved one was only there for about a month, but it was a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I would say overall the residents seem happy and cared for. Repairs are constant and frequent staff changes and conditions have declined a bit in the last year. They could use a little improvement on the quality of foods being served. It seems to have declined recently.

good food, good maintenance, good friends, lots of activities , a great place to live. everyone is helpful an go out of their way to help or answer questions. the transportation to go places or 2 stores is verygood.

The meals and dining started out great 4-5. Now it's 2-3. My Mom doesn't do any activities. The value for cost was better till they raised the cost. Since then all services have gone way down. Most staff are friendly. Everything that has to do with the dining experience is gone downhill. We would only recommend this community to other families if this was all they could afford. It was very good. The Corporation that took it over is just sucking out all the money they can.

My brother moved to The Meridian last Friday. Since then, I have been told every day that he has moved into the Ritz Carlton! Why? The staff are phenomenal, friendly, helpful, supportive, kind and the list goes on (special thanks to [name removed]). The meals are nutritious and delicious with variety for every taste bud. [name removed] in reception made every effort to accommodate our small window of time to visit on short notice. We had individual attention from Tammy the Director she answered all our questions then we enjoyed a special brunch for 3! Everything is updated or in the process , clean & delicious food & lovely accommodations . This is facility is warm & pleasant more reasonably priced then other facilities nearby. I recommend & would consider this facility as a place for my mom.
