I started my search for an ER in April of 2010. I spent a lot of time researching diamonds and so when I went to Mervis I was pretty set on what I wanted out of a diamond. We met with Gail who was extremely helpful. Never did I feel like she was pushing anything on us and she definitely made me feel like I was choosing a ring for a lifetime and not one for a sale.
