Nice printer once replaced by Brother Unfortunately out of the box my new printer was DOA. It would not recognize the black setup toner cartridge during initialization. Called Brother tech support, who is only Mon-Fri 9-9et, they tried several things, then ultimately decided to replace the printer. The replacement printer arrived 4 days later, went through setup in less than 10 minutes, and it was on our wi-fi ready to go. Good printer!!! No problems. Easy set up. Print quality is good. Value deal for the money. Brother is a known dependable brand. Just watch out for paper jams. Make sure to fan out your printing paper. This is my second Brother printer they last pretty darn well!!
Great Printer Lots of features for the money! Nice, quality machine. Documents and photos print beautifully. Great instructions for easy set up. Love the quick, easy way to load ink cartridges. Love that the control panel tilts out, making it very easy to read and operate. Love the software, especially the ControlCenter4 for printing photos. I haven't found anything I don't like about it. Worth the money Didn't need tech support. Easy to setup. Works great 👍
easy to install I got this to replace a Canon which would no longer connect to our home network. This was a breeze to install, connect and use. Love that the touch screen rotates out so easier to see. Only issue is that occasionally i get an error message to clear a jam in the back-which is kind of a pain to reach and has never actually had a jam.....
So far so good Have not used that much. Very happy as of now
All in one Love all of the features sometimes it gets jammed and there's no paper really jammed but it's an easy fix
