A lot of reviews were saying the printed text is not as dark as other printers and that's because it uses much less ink but I haven't really noticed a difference. Worth It Almost product does everything you need a printer to do and more. Ink usage doesn’t suck my wallet dry either.
Epson set the bar soooo low that it didnt take much to please me !! OH ! I forgot that mine is refurbed...I cant tell the difference its working GREAT.! I had an Epson XXX printer and it was a money pit...EVERY time we went to print...it needed ink ...for a black and white if there was no color ink then no printing !...I trashed it after 3 years...I know that Ive bought a high end printer plus a low end laptop with the ink I spent over the years. Happy with this I agonized over buying a new printer, researching, researching, and researching. I looked at the Epson EcoTank but saw reviews about paper jams. So I spent more up front for this Brother, yes. Have owned this for a couple months. Installation was a breeze with the CD. Comes with inks. I am currently using the Brother Plug-In which was also very easy for printing with my mobile phone as well. So far, so very good. No stalls, no maintenance niggles. Liking this.
