Quick, Quiet, Cheap, quality printing and scanning for the price... yup, this is the one! I have had this printer for a couple of weeks. Selecting it was a bear because of all of the disparate reviews, biased websites, and crazy comments about all of the different brands. Trying to find the "perfect" one was definitely going down the rabbit hole! A Great Color Ink-Jet for Mac or PC I love this printer!! It was extremely easy to install on my desktop PC. It was also easy to install on my MacBook Pro. I can easily print wirlessly from my phone or iPad too. I think the paper tray holds 50+ sheets, so it's plenty for my use, and it's easy to add paper. The scanner is also easy to use and work seamlessly with both PC and Mac. Ink cartridges are very affordable, easily accessible and easy to replace. This is the best color ink-jet printer I've owned!
Occasional Paper Jams I’ve had the printer for a few weeks and it is working pretty well. It takes some patience to get it hooked up to the network. iPhone printing was not intuitive for me but the instructions explain the function perfectly. The only issue I’m having is with paper jams. It’s an intermittent problem and I can’t say yet if it’s a systemic design flaw or something I’m doing. The LCD menu walks you through the steps to clear the paper jam.

And excellent investment, no doubt!!! Working like a charm, will buy again and again. The print quality is not of that a high dollar photo printer. However, for home and office work this is an excellent printer that prints very cheaply. Have not had any problem with wireless network, I can actually print from my cell phone, tablet or computer wirelessly.
Love my printer! So far it's working GREAT! I don't think it's as versatile as my old HP, but I like it very much and would recommend it to a friend.
Works great.. Works great... however... I kind of wish you didn't have to pull a tray completely out of the printer in order to put paper in. THE PRINT QUALITY is disappointing - there is no doubt about that - it is light and not a nice dark, fine print at all. There are many others who warned me of this prior to purchase but I took the plunge anyway due to that darn review by PCMag. A Bit Disappointed... Day 1 with this printer and I almost packed it back in the box after the first few test pages. It set up beautifully, connected flawlessly to my wireless network and also to my mobile phone using their iPrint app and my Mac using Air Print. However, the print quality was very disappointing on first set of test print outs so I spent more time downloading the driver software to hopefully have a few more printing options. Can't say I love it I checked online professional reviews before I purchased this printer and am a bit disappointed with what I received. It does not print as crisp as I would have expected or liked. The ink cartridge does seem to last a long time (one of the reviewers main points). It takes much longer to print each page compared to my previous printer (an HP purchased when wireless printers first hit the market).
