The MFC-J985DW is a perfect replacement for us Bought as a replacement for a 9 year Brother that actually still works but the color is just a little off. The MFC-J985DW is a perfect replacement for us, would buy again.
Good value Good quality printing, small footprint, and most importantly good ink usage that keeps operating costs down. My two minor potential concerns are about the paper tray; capacity is less than I would prefer, which means frequent reloading, and it is made of plastic, so I wonder about the durability, particularly of the moving parts -- it just doesn't seem that rugged.

Trouble setting up AirPrint but now all good I just received this today. Purchased it to replace my hp envy 110 that refuses to connect thru wifi without setting up each use.
