Does the job! L5850DW is a big improvement over the previous model. I found the touchscreen interface simpler to use and the shortcuts make work easier.
Full Service Print Media Station I have been a Brother MFC user for a long time. Currently have a 8440 and this new 5850. I print lots of bills, envelopes, checks and letters as well as forms but my favorite feature is the scanning capabilities I use for filing with Paperport. The Brother MFC's are fast, efficient and reliable.
Wonderful quality prints. This is the third Brother printer that my wife and I have purchased, and all three of them perform consistently and dependably and make great copies! Brother service has been there when we needed help for anything. I don't believe we'll ever use anything but Brother printers in the future
Great for business We use a lot of the features for our tax preparation business and the copier has worked out well for us.
Great product I kept having bad prints, finally realized it was the toner that was shipped with the unit. Changed toner and the unit is doing great.
Just a great little printer This printer takes up less than a counter top of space. It is quick and jam free. It prints smoothly and is so versatile. Two sided? No problem. The ink lasts a good long time and it was a great price. Highly recommend
Brother MFC's are the only ones I buy. As a small business owner for 25 years I do a fair amount of printing everyday. I also scan alot to my customers. The first printer I bought in the beginning was a Brother Multi Function Center and I have never purchased anything else. They continue to work for several years without any problems. Customer service is always there to help when you can't figure out how to set it up. I LOVE MY BROTHER machine!
MFC-L5850DW Love this printer - it is fast and does two sided coping and scanning
Love it! The machine works as a printer ought to. You pay a premium when you buy it but the cartridges last forever. So in the long run you save if you print a lot. You get back every little penny than having bought a printer that costs 200 less.
