Easy to use and super fast I own three Brother MFC printers purchased individually over the last 5 years. Each new purchase is an improvement over the previous one. All are still working great. This latest 5850DW is fantastic. It has great features without being cost prohibitive. I love how easy it is to scan a document. The printer communicates perfectly with my laptop every time I use it. Good Bang for the Buck This is a good small office B&W laser Multi-function machine and is reasonably priced. Good wired network and mobile device wi-fi connectivity, useful software and features, easy to use, Brother usually makes good products. I like that it scans and copies on both sides--I had a much more expensive machine which didn't scan as well or as reliably. Fast and Reliable! This machine is inexpensive to operate and a real workhorse. On the rare occasions when I've had questions, customer support is very easily accessible, picks up the phone, and talks me through it.
Dependable! My wife and I have a Certified Notary Signing agency. Brother is a vital part of what we do. It's all about getting the documents and materials together and ready for the signing. We can't afford a break down as it would bring things to a halt. Tension would go through the roof. Thankfully Brother has a team ready to help get you up and running. Brother MPC Going from what some would consider an abbacas to the MFC, all I can say is wow. Speed of print and speed of scans is a fraction of what it used to be.
