good but disappointing It does a great job with print documents. The speed is excellent. The disappointing thing is when you try to safe a document as a PDF the available memory is too small. Any document greater than 4 or 5 pages and it fails.
Very Good machine bad drum design There many good things I can say about this brother mfc such as, color touchscreen, very nice compact footprint, print speed, scan quality and speed/2 sided scan, durability, and toner capacity. But unfortunately I can't say very good things about the drum that came with the printer. After a few months of use it has failed and failed miserably. Easy except moving to pdf in the system when scao I like what works consistently! Your product do.les! I like the ink capacity as well Makes my job easier!

Perfect small office machine We moved from inkjet printers to this one and it has not only cut cost, but as greatly improved productivity. Features like 2 sided printing, 2 sided scanning, and the ability to set up default scan paramaters are tremendous time savers. We have cut our paper use in half and toner is far cheaper with higher capacity than ink.
Best printer. This is the best printer I have ever owned. Does everything well. And I only paid a fraction of what it is worth. Can' believe any printer will print 8000 copies on a single toner fill.

Great machine! I've used all 4 functions - printing (including duplex), copying, faxing, and scanning. The machine is fast and quiet. The touchscreen display is clear and easy to read. The instructions on the touchscreen are easy to understand and to follow. Set up was easy as well. I did the wireless setup (except for the power and fax line, of course). With my husband's business, we get a lot of pages that are blank on one side. I keep a bunch of these in the MP tray and use them to print things that don't leave our home. ... read more
Great features but PC fax issues This machine is compact , quiet and meets the demands of a busy small business environment. Print quality and speed is great. PC-Fax recieve issues due to software issues need fixing though, and quickly too! Not ready to recommend till this completely fixed.
