Great machines but 1 recurring problem This is my 3rd Brother multi-function printer for my office. This newest one again increases the speed of printing and scanning a bit more while still at a very reasonable price. Never ever had an issue with any of them except one thing. On one of the two I had before this one, out of the box it stops printing and says the tray is empty when it is still about 1/4 full. No big deal. Low Effort Office Automation! Was very pleased with the ease of install and set-up of this all-in-one device (printer, scanner, copier, fax). Default settings for ringer was a little loud, but Brother support/documentation made it easy-breezy to change preferences. Glad we went with this one!
Great features, got it at a good price, too! I had an older HP LaserJet printer that simply died after about 20 years of faithful service. had to get something quickly and my tech saavy son and a salesperson at Staples pointed out the Brother unit. It has worked better than I could ever have hoped for!

Good printer Happy with this Brother so far. This printer replaces a Canon that I'd had for 9 years. I'm still learning how it works. I wanted a machine that enlarges, has a sheet feeder and more than one paper try, and this does, so has all of the options I wanted. Prints nice and bright!

Great for Mid Duty Printing Bought the MFC 5850DW to replace our old 8810 DW. We use the printers primarily for printing and scanning. Works great. Will definitely buy another when one of our other MFC's need to be replaced.
Great for my business needs Love the machine. Great speed and online instructions. Wish it had come with a second paper drawer, without having to pay extra.
