Scanner hinge is loose I love this printer, unfortunately there seems to be a piece missing on the hinge when you lift the scanner. This may not cause an issue now but it will in the future, it will put too much stress on the other hinge and break. This is a big concern for the office because we rely on this printer everyday.
Very functional Great printer
Great Laser Color Printer and scanner. Price is not the most competitive This printer worked great with the Ethernet card. I am able to print from all of my computers that are linked to the same Wired Network at my work. You cannot have Ethernet and Wifi printing at the same time. THe only negative I see so far is that the Toners are very expensive. So I am still using my monochrome printer for daily printing, refills of which I buy as generic and less than half Brother's price

The Best I've never used a Brother printer before and wonder now why not . . . Outstanding printer in every way I can think of. It just works and works and works without complaint except if I run it out of paper. I'll never touch HP ever again!!

Best printer I've had! So far it's great! Best printer I've ever had, and I've been through a lot. I own a small business so I do quite a bit of printing, scanning and faxing. It was easy to set up, and so far everything has worked great. Even the scan to computer and everything via Wi-Fi. I've only had it for about a week now. If things change I'll update.
