Awesome Printer This is the best printer I have ever owned. The print quality is great and the replacement cartridges are cheap with high yield. The set-up was real easy with my wired connection. I would recommend this product to any small office.
Great printer We have had no issues with this printer since we have had it. Toners last a very long time and we have not had any issues with paper jamming

So far so good Well it's new and everything is working fine, let's see how it is a year from now because all the printers lately only last a little over a year.
A beast. In a good way. Replaced a consumer grade all in one brother color.laser that needed new drums. This is a higher volume small business grade printer. Comes with enough toner to print 3k pages so it was almost a wash compared to getting all the consumables for the older printer. Works fine. Has a multi page source doc feeder for single sided copies, works. Well. The only minor gripe, the wireless N does not support the 5ghz band. It is large and heavy, needed 2 people to unpack. What a hassle..Wait !! time for a 180 Software seems to be trash, what a hassle. Will try tech support. I actually had to remove all other printers, then took forever to install on my computer. Trying to install the driver on my wifes computer...what a hassle..JUNK WARE !!! Update 10-25-18...I love this printer. Had issues at first...hence my shall we say "venting" but this little jewel has been a "pleasure" to use. I purchased a Dell printer (2155) years ago and was "NEVER" happy with that printer. Best all around printer for home office Its fantastic if you work from home. Quick, efficient, does a great job scanning, no issues with connectivity if using a phone or computer, it really is an all-arounder!
It works well and was easy to install software and setup on the network It works well and was easy to install software and setup on the network. It is less trouble to find on the network than my other printers. I did have to turn off IP V6 to get it to connect to Google Cloud Print. Tech support answered that question in about 5 minutes. Very Nice Unit Though heavy, it's compact. Does multiple paper sizes, speedy quality paper; scanner is amazing and the fax woks like a fax! I've had 3 Epson's; pieces of junk; lasted maybe a year. Let's see what this one can do!
