Disappointed in Output Was told that the machine would print on cover weight paper by your representative. At best will only print on 67lb vellum bristol and then the finished print has excessive curl and must be put under heavy weight to lay partially flat.
Good printing quality! but slow and finicky The quality is good for a multi-printer, but there are some cons: 1. Very slow to react for printing, very slow to print. It stalls after every 10 pages or so. 2. HORRIBLE wrinkles on envelope printing (you need to insert the envelope thru the back (!) and select envelope printing for a slightly better but still wrinkled envelope), 3. Can't do the basics Won't print 2 sided, says there is a paper jam when there isn't every time i try to scan something, VERY slow printing from sheet to sheet. Nothing to like so far. Not looking foward to carrying it back downstairs and back to office depot.
Fine...but Multiple pages print every other page upside down. I called customer support and worked through it and it printing correctly...once. Then it reverted to every other page upside down again.
REPAIR HAD UNIT FOR LESS THAN THREE MONTHS AND HAD TO BE REPAIRED. HAD TO WAIT APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS FOR TRANSMISSION TO BE SENT TO REPAIR SHOP BEFORE WE RECEIVED THE UNIT IN WORKING CONDITIONS.

Colors mixing is aweful The colors do not mix accurately or as intended in images and documents.
features don't always work For the most part the printer operates great, but because the scan feature has issues i will only rate this a two star.
Good printer with bad software Software installed almost properly for my machine, but I have to use WIFI not LAN. Almost nothing installed properly on my assistance machine. It just sucks to have a great multi-function printer we can't fully use hardly any function. We didn't have this problem before with Brother.
