Very complicated to use I find this product extremely difficult to use. Everytime you want to print an envelope, you have open to back, push down buttons on each side go back to PC and print. There is also not an additional tray for legal size paper.

Not very happy Be careful when replacing parts. Some parts are difficult to get. Especially if they are a warranty part.

Has a firmware bug & customer service is terrible There is a bug that prevents the scanner from scanning more than 50 double sided documents. After you scan 50 it errors after 1 page saying the document is too long. If you switch to another storage media (network folder to USB drive) it let's you scan 50 more documents then error again after 1 document. Customer support was unhelpful and leaves a lot to be desired. I really feel like Brother let me down on this product.

Ok printer - Terrible customer service Received my printer and upon setting up several weeks later, discovered there was hidden damage. I contacted Brother to request a replacement part, a paper tray, and after numerous photos, phone calls, and chats, was told "that part is not available". I even tried to buy the part but had no success. To this day I have a printer with a broken paper tray and virtually no way to open said tray without further damage to the printer.

disappointed Purchased for in-house marketing/advertising printing approx.300+ sheets weekly and using the recommended color ink. The colors print dull and are not consistent and feel I have to adjust often to gain consistency through different printing design formats.

Scanner The only feature I get aggravated about is the error I get quite regularly from the scanner. I use it wireless and every2 of 3 attempts come up showing an error and I have to rescan sometimes numerous times for it to work.

Great when it works! The printer constantly loses its Wi Fi connection and says it is offline. Apparently there is no easy way to wake the printer. Several tries with Brother support were not helpful. Changing ports or reinstalling the printer everytime you want to print is unacceptable

thought it would be better Have had many issues, for example, it will say it needs paper but it is actually full. There is a major delay between clicking print and it actually printing. We upgraded from a brother to this brother printer thinking it would be an improvement but that just isn't the case unfortunatly.

Purchased new 7-9-20 less than 90 days it craped 90 days after purchase the printer crapped out . You sent me a refurb unit. Not only did I have to go through the torture of setting up the refurb. I feel like I got screwed by Brother. Paid for new lasted less than 3 months I had to buy a new HP & ink 600.00 that I didn’t need. Needed a printer until the reverb showed up Tell me how you would feel. ?????
