I had to sell my dream home due to a divorce. Michelle made this experience so much easier. She provided information during my mediation which proved to be exactly as it played out. We were so lucky to have Ria Sayers as our realtor for the purchase of our condo in Florida. We live in Kansas, have never been to the gulf coast in Florida and hadn’t bought a home in 20 years. We only had a few days and really thought we would have to make numerous trips to find a place. I talked to Ria a few times prior to our arriving in Florida and she knew what we were looking for.
