Recommendedlaura and dr. carlson were absolutely amazing in treating my blue and gold macaw. (also treating ME emotionally by giving me quick updates and baring with my overemotional self). i’m very grateful that this clinic saved my baby’s life. if it weren’t for them, my sweet dolly would be just a memory. instead, she’s at home with me. so thankful. i will definitely come back for future vet visits. 🤍💙

amazing job and care for bunnies
The staff is very friendly. The wait was a little long for the emergency vet but once we were seen the vet took the time to go over everything and make sure our baby beardie was set up for a road to recovery. The vet tech was amazing. She made my son feel good in the administration of meds and just over all was excellent.
I know the are the best exotic hospital in Chicagoland area..I know people from far away go there. I myself live in janesville Wisconsin and just had my green check conure name Coco at the hospital 2 days ago .We brought her there I would say very sick throwing up,puffed up. After 24 hours we picked up our baby with incredible improvement. When I called(this was Sunday when coco6 was ill)they only asked how long bec6 you can be here. Have brought my 3 guinea pigs here for regular check ups and have brought 2 of them for emergency surgeries. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful.
My daughter’s hedgehog injured her eye. They were able to get me in the next day, and even still saw me after I screwed up the appointment time. They were kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. They were upfront with all the costs and recommended care. While I hope we don’t need to see them often 😉, I know we will be in good hands if we do.
If you have a bird, there are not many good choices in the Chicagoland area when you need veteranary assistance. This place is a life saver. They know birds.
Very very pleased with the care we received for our parakeet who got sick suddenly 2 weeks ago he had to stay in the hospital for a few nights everyone from the receptionist to the vets here are super nice and accommodating
