The entire staff is loving, caring, and professional. I live aprox 70 miles from the hospital and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. my ball pythons love the entire staff also. 😄

Midwest has always given the best care and expert advice with any questions issues you may have. never had any bad experiences. good service at all times
After being frantic because of an emergency with my kitty, I had called and drove all around on a Sunday trying to find an emergency vet that could see my little baby. All of the hospitals were booked or had a minimum of a 4 hour wait. Midwest was able to see my baby right away. The receptionists at other hospitals lacked empathy, but not at Midwest. All of the staff that I interacted with were very professional and showed genuine care for my pet's health. In addition, I appreciated that the staff was upfront and transparent about the costs of each treatment. I would use them for my exotic animal needs in the future.
