When we dropped her off we were told they were extremely busy, and would begin her care ASAP but expect a call from the doctor in about two hours. Within 5 minutes we heard from the doctor and they had a treatment plan in place and told us she would at least need to spend the night. They treat you animal like family
Our Amazon bird broke his leg. We called them and they got us in right away and fixed it. Everyone was so nice and kind They are very knowledgeable.

The entire staff is loving, caring, and professional. I live aprox 70 miles from the hospital and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. my ball pythons love the entire staff also. 😄
I would recommend Midwest bird and Exotic Animal Hospital to anyone! Expecially because they cater to Exotic pets! I have been going to them for years with my Rabbits Bunbun and beebee . Midwest has always given the best care and expert advice with any questions issues you may have. never had any bad experiences. I highly recommend Midwest bird and Exotic Hospital to any animal lover, especially with an exotic pets.
