I got my bunny neutered last week. Even though we are under Covid protocol it was an amazing experience. Excellent service thorough explanation and directions on the procedure. Great price! Will definitely recommended it.
They are extremely helpful and patient with any and all questions. On time and attentive to my animal. Price is very reasonable even in an emergency. Staff and doctors take their time and do not rush you. I would highly recommend them.
Yesterday I had to put my little hedgehog to sleep and Jenny the receptionist was so sweet and sympathetic. I appreciate her warm touch and soft voice during an extremely heart breaking experience.
I have been bringing my birds to Midwest Bird and Exotic for almost a year now. They have given nothing but the best care to the three I have brought in in that time. They are always very professional, while at the same time caring and compassionate to not only my birds, but to me as well. Very kind staff. I called and asked about advice I needed and Bri (the manager) didn’t disappoint. She answered all my questions and reassured me and the health of my bird. Recommend!
This is a real hard post to make, but I believe in my heart that if I say this then it'll help those who are hesitant of choosing Midwest as their vet. Pistachio was my baby for 5 years and for 5 years he only went to Midwest. They treated him for mites and for 4 years he was healthy (although a bit fat they did warn). After living so happily for 4 years I noticed him starting to decline in health. I watched his actions for a few days and then at 1AM I brought Pistachio to the emergency vet.
