I was put on hold twice for over 10mins and forgotten, it wasn't until I finally was able to get through to an operator that I heard from someone. Understandable that clinics get busy but don't forget about patients that you put on hold on the phone waiting to talk to staff.

I came in on a Friday with a shoulder injury That was causing me a fair amount of pain and and had an x-ray. My provider Mallory Norton said she would call me with the results and the course of care on Saturday. I waited until about 1 in the afternoon and then I called the Clinic and left a message for her. pro: 1. front desk was friendly. cons: 1. ever go into a place and it feels dirty? yep this place, hope you don't need to use the patient bathroom. 2. the nurse(?) just getting her job done, pretty clear being cordial was not part of her job. 3. I came in for a Covid Test, which I paid out of pocket for.. and now I have received a bill from collections for $280 and has never recereceived an itemized bill. So I have a bill in collections but have no idea why its in collections or better yet what it is for. Sometone please explain this to me?!

Staff was rude, argumentative and insistent that it was policy to fill out a paper (!) Pre-Authorization Credit Card Form before I was even seen by a doctor at their clinic! I offered to fill it out after I was seen and got an Invoice with my Detail of Charges, but the staff told me it was mandatory "per the CEO." I went in visibly distraught and shaking with horrible, increasingly worsening covid symptoms 8 days past my positive result, on the fourth consecutive day on 2 hours of sleep, and the worst illness-specific pain I've ever experienced. Came here for my 6 month old son who had a cough. We went in for an office visit, but they suggested he take a flu and RSV test. Guess what? They still charged us for the office visit even though they just swabbed him for the tests. The doctor was condescending and told us to go to the wicker park location for a chest xray so they could rule out pneumonia, even though he had no symptoms of pneumonia. The worst immediate care facility I have ever visited. Staff is unprofessional and rude to patients. If you are coming here for a Covid test be forewarned it will take close to an hour after your scheduled time to get tested. Steer clear of this place unless you have lots of time and patience to waste.
