I went for simple (covered by my insurance) covid test. First I was asked to submit CC info. When I asked why? They said "our system is down. We need this info just in case it's not covered by your insurance" fine, submitted. Called inside to a nurse who sat me in a room and proceeded to take my vital... ummm, NO, I'm here for covid test not doctor visit or blood pressure or crap. I came in here to get a rapid antibodies test and the woman at the front desk had me fill out the paperwork while I waited. I submitted the paperwork and paid the $40 and she asked me to wait until they call me in. I waited for 3o minutes and was the only person there. After 30 minutes, she called me up to tell me that they didn't have the rapid antibodies test, but that I could instead go with the blood test, which cost $180. The very worst! I waited two hours to see the nurse practitioner who diagnosed me with a sinus infection needing an antibiotic. I waited another ten minutes to tell the front desk which pharmacy I used. Two hours later I went to pick up my prescription. Guess what? They never called it in. And so I'll wait another 12 hours with searing throat, headache and fever until I can call Midwest Express in River Forest and hopefully get the prescriptions sent in a reasonable time. I feel so ripped off by this place. I only went here because I needed bloodwork done ASAP and my primary wasn't in town. The receptionist was new and had no idea of what service to suggest to me when I told her what I was looking for , she kept going to the back constantly to ask the nurse questions. I paid out of pocket because she said my physical wasn't covered by my insurance but a few weeks later my insurance billed me on top of what I had paid. Found this urgent care clinic to get a covid test at - almost 3 months ago. My family wound up getting 4 covid tests total. They also charged us 4 office visit fees plus a surcharge for visiting outside of regular business hours. I've called their billing department 4 times now and they haven't resolved a name issue and follow up documentation for our insurance company. This place is a scam! Do not go there!! They gonna charge you some crazy amount for doing nothing! Later you won't be able to pay for it and they will send you to sketchy collection that's going to charge you an arm and a leg late fees just because you couldn't contact them to pay on time! Do Not Go Here!!!

These people need to hire consultants to work on their patient wait time. Revamp their scheduling because I waited 90 minutes after my check in to get a covid test. Go someplace else

They are definitely running a covid scam here and i am contacting bbb the city and the news. They are using their interaction to tell you results and billing them as a tele health visit it's a complete scam!!

Went in for Covid Test. Clinicians were fine. Billing is horrible. Just got bill for test even though both my wife and I have Medicare. They likely only billed our supplement not Medicare itself. Office unable to help. Referred to billing line and can't get through. Waited for an hour on the phone left message. Called a second time again no answer after 50 minutes. No office manager to talk to regarding this. Not sure how to pursue this.
