Found this urgent care clinic to get a covid test at - almost 3 months ago. My family wound up getting 4 covid tests total. They also charged us 4 office visit fees plus a surcharge for visiting outside of regular business hours. I've called their billing department 4 times now and they haven't resolved a name issue and follow up documentation for our insurance company. This place is a scam! Do not go there!! They gonna charge you some crazy amount for doing nothing! Later you won't be able to pay for it and they will send you to sketchy collection that's going to charge you an arm and a leg late fees just because you couldn't contact them to pay on time! Do Not Go Here!!!

These people need to hire consultants to work on their patient wait time. Revamp their scheduling because I waited 90 minutes after my check in to get a covid test. Go someplace else

They are definitely running a covid scam here and i am contacting bbb the city and the news. They are using their interaction to tell you results and billing them as a tele health visit it's a complete scam!!

Went in for Covid Test. Clinicians were fine. Billing is horrible. Just got bill for test even though both my wife and I have Medicare. They likely only billed our supplement not Medicare itself. Office unable to help. Referred to billing line and can't get through. Waited for an hour on the phone left message. Called a second time again no answer after 50 minutes. No office manager to talk to regarding this. Not sure how to pursue this.

We went in to get tested for covid. Then after taking our cards they had to charge us on our credit card. Because it is fairly important that we get tested, and we were trying to find out ASAP if one of us had Covid we let them charge us. Finally they called our names to get tested. We expected to get tested and leave. However it seemed like after we got our Covid test they ranted about the various things wrong with my pregnant wife which they kept saying they needed to investigate (which conveniently would cost more money)... read more

Don't bother making an "appointment" at this place for a Covid test. I had a 2:11pm appointment, got there at 2 and was told to call from the parking lot. A girl named Sam answered and said she needed to put me on a "brief hold." Ten minutes later my call kicked over to their automated system asking me to enter an extension. So I called again and said I had been on hold for 10 minutes and was told "there are a few people ahead of you" and that they would call me when they were ready for me. This was my first time coming to this clinical. I love how we can walk in and get what we need to get done; however , I didn't like how they messed up getting my results. I got a Varicella titer on Monday and the nurse practitioner said it processes in a day. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received my results back. It will be 4 days tomorrow. Due to this situation, I will not be able to do clinical's on time. I am very upset with my first experience in this clinic.

The Midwest Express Clinic in River Forest on Lake couldn't be worse. Unprofessional receptionist Bella was so rude to my daughter and I. It's always scary when an emergency medical situation occurs with your child and the receptionist made everything worse. I'd NEVER EVER go back again.
