When I can't wait to see my primary care physician, this is my favorite Urgent Care Center. The staff is so friendly. Brianna, took all my information before seeing PA Alisha. Both of them were so caring, reassuring. PA Rathappillil is fantastic. She is kind, listens and takes care of your needs. Thank all of you for giving our community such a wonderful place, when we need medical attention immediately. You are The best!!!

each time I take my mother here she is treated with such kindness. the staff here is amazing. they take their time and truly are helpful. best best place to go for medical help!!!!

Overall amazing experience, The repceptionist was very helpful she was able to provide alternative solutions that met my needs. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They got me in and out even with a walk-in appointment.

I liked the online scheduling system, and the people who worked there were nice. However, they didn't send in my prescription in time for me to get it before the pharmacy closed. Also, they told me they were sending in a throat culture, but when I followed up a couple days later, it turns out they never sent it in, and they don't know why.

The office is always so clean and they help you very fast. Some of the staff is not so friendly tho. Overall I mostly have good experiences when I come to this location.

I left a bad review two years ago because of a billing problem my daughter had. I was able to resolve the issue. I recently went to the clinic. I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience at the location. The staff was very kind and provided quality care.

I was very sick when I walked into the clinic they were friendly, smiles, and polite. They attended to me very quickly. I wish I knew the girls name at the front desk. She was amazing. I may be set for five minutes and they took me back and they took care of me right away. The medical assistant and the nurse practitioner were both amazing as well. I was in and out of the clinic Within 40 minutes or less.

Hi, I went for my last blood work appointment, and everything was good. All the staff were amazing, and I just want to say thank you, especially to Yuleni, who drew my blood. I felt so calm and painless, which is unusual for me as I usually get very anxious. I will definitely come back for my next routine appointment. Also, I love the music vibes!"
