Amazing experience! At the time, my 2.5 year old daughter was feeling awful and we didn't want to wait for walk-ins hours with our doctor the next day. I'd read that the Midwest Express Clinic had great pediatric care but I was blown away! Our doctor's name was Jasmine (didn't catch the last name) and she was very kind and took her time while meeting my daughter. She spoke to my daughter with respect in that she asked her questions (instead of just me), she walked her through the check up, and even let her use the stethoscop... read more

Went for a visit for my daughter with a fever of unknown origin. We checked in online and were seen about 20 minutes after arrival. The medical assistant was quick and friendly and the provider was really nice and seemed like she actually cared. We weren't just part of her job. My friend visited about a week later and also had a positive experience.

Pros: They have an X-ray machine on site. They prescribed antibiotics, which seemed to help my persistent cough. They saw me within a day, despite being swamped due to the holidays and Covid. The nurse and medical assistants were friendly. Cons: They suggested a different diagnosis and only did an X-ray at my request. They missed something on the X-ray initially and called several hours later to correct the diagnosis. They forgot to send the first prescription to the pharmacy, and they made an error in the second prescripti... read more

I had a great experience this morning! Thank you to the whole team at this River Forest location! I woke up with a scratchy throat, cough, and runny nose so searched online for a place to get a Rapid COVID test, and ideally an exam, but really just thought I needed a test. This is truly my first case of sniffles since the pandemic began! But I'm an oncology patient who works with babies, so I thought it best to see someone straight away and get tested. I needed a covid test and was able to secure a spot online last night for 9:15am this morning. I read that this was not an appointment time but rather my spot in line, and I also read a bad review about wait times, but I live very close and the convenience was worth the wait since I am stuck at home anyway...so I arrived fully expecting a delayed wait time. It was Sunday afternoon and my husband had a fever of 104 degrees F. He has a history of UTIs due to urinary retention. As a Infection Control Nurse, I was happy to see that this clinic and staff were closely following CDC recommendations for COVID-19 precautions. Nurse Practitioner was professional and very detailed. Excellent care without having to go to Emergency Room. Far better experience then the limited care provided at CVS Minute Clinic.

I walked in today needing to see the doctor. My experience from being greeted, triaged then meeting the doctor Nicole Harris was superb. The young lady at the front answered all my payment questions. The nurse was efficient and friendly and finally when I met with Dr Harris she was very attentive I felt she did a very through examination and asked the right questions. Nurse Practitioner Jessica Borst at Midwest Express Clinic is worth her weight in gold. In the past month, in a series of unfortunate events, my whole family was treated by her -- my husband, for a bad dog bite to his hand; my son, for what was thought to be strep but turned out to be an abscess in his throat that could have grown and suffocated him had Jessica not caught it and correctly diagnosed it in time for proper emergency treatment; and finally, she patched me up and gave me excellent wound care advice after I receiv... read more

I had a very good experience here. They for me in quickly, were courteous and on top of things. It was my second time to urgent care in 3 days (ear infection had gone undiagnosed). They also called back to check on me and discuss test results. The only thing lacking was that I expected an email that I didn't get, otherwise very helpful and supportive.
