Wife went in there, doctor ordered xrays. We went downtown and shot the xrays. Follow-up appointment there was a different doctor. When she gets there doctor asks,"What can I do for you today?". This is a follow-up. The xrays aren't there, the different doctor has no notes or diagnosis from the previous business. Then this doctor said that he would personlly phone the xray lab and get the xrays faxed. Not surprised at all that he didn't. This place ALWAYS takes soooooo long just to get this shot. It’s empty and annoying that it takes 40min for a B12 shot! Y’all need to step it up! Imma start taking those surveys and slamming this place.
