I went to the Wicker Park location to get a Covid 19 test and was alarmed at how the nurse provided testing. She was wearing a torn gown, used gloves and not the proper protective gear for herself or for those she came into contact with. I was told I would be contacted within 5 days for the results but when my appointment day came and went I called the clinic which put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up then called again. After initial in person consult and blood draw, I was told I would be contacted in 3 days for follow-up. 7 days later, I was contacted for phone consult to report lab results. Any calls to the clinic are automatically routed to voicemail, which disconnects call at the end of message, no way to leave information. 15 days after initial visit, I have no paperwork, and received no email documentation regarding the visit.
