After initial in person consult and blood draw, I was told I would be contacted in 3 days for follow-up. 7 days later, I was contacted for phone consult to report lab results. Any calls to the clinic are automatically routed to voicemail, which disconnects call at the end of message, no way to leave information. 15 days after initial visit, I have no paperwork, and received no email documentation regarding the visit.
