Hey I went here and had bad experience, my nurse practitioner did not make me feel comfortable at all .. I felt like I had to convince her I was pain... she was very condescending.. maybe she was having a tough day or ready to go home.. however just letting you guys know beware

Do not go here, they use unethical billing practices. The medical care team here is great. Everything else about this company is a pathetic scam. I would rate them zero stars if possible. I went in April and everything was fine. They collected my credit card info on the spot and billed me and my insurance company correctly. I also setup an online account on their patient portal. This is the worst place. I had to wait 2 hours to get tested. It has been over 48 hours and I still have not received my results or heard from the clinic. I have called multiple times and they are not being answered. It's very disappointing.

Midwest Express Clinic was by far the worst medical establishment I have ever went to in my life. I came in with extreme pain from a fall I took. At first they told me my insurance does not accept urgent care visits... which I have now come to learn it does. It caused me a lot of distress in the moment because I was in pain and wanted to get in to see the doctor but Blue Cross does not have customer service representatives working on the weekends. I had a referral for a back X Ray in May 2021 and everything went fine. The receptionist said I did not owe anything and recorded my insurance information. Because the service was covered at 100%. In Nov 2021 I got a collection bill in the mail for a medical exam $115 that I never received! The business did not attempt to reach out to me about the money I "owe" but instead sent it to collections which will go on my credit report. Yikes, should have read the reviews. This place is a mess. Waited 2 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment. The waiting room was packed with upset people who had also been waiting hours. The front desk person kept saying "it'll be about 20 minutes".... Only over and over again.

Wow the woman working the front desk 8/19 evening is rude. Whatever happened to customer service or even an effort to be polite. Everything she does creates another problem and she seems to make a weird game of telling people no and finding new ways to charge credit cards like an extra $5 charge for a stupid form. Give me a break. I worked all day too.

Amateur hour at the front desk and totally sham advance registration process. I signed up for a 5:05 pm time and was there on time but they didn't see me until 7 pm. Two hours wait for a 2-3 min long RT-PCR covid test. You must be kidding me. It's not complicated to see people on time and upon their turn. Never again

So so here's the deal. My partner and I were making dinner for a friend and everything was going great we're making some type of spaghetti type dish except with different noodles like a rigatoni.
