Nice facility, friendly staff but after 40 min I was sent to the pharmacy with the wrong prescription. I came in with a raging eye infection but the prescription was for EAR DROPS (according to the pharmacist). By that time the clinic was closed. The answering service said someone would call me back but they never did.

I received a COVID-19 test and the results were negative. Midwest Express charged me an additional $90.00 to provide my test results. My insurance plan covered the cost of the actual test, but I was charged an additional $90 to get my results. This seems like a scam to me. None of my friends who were tested elsewhere had to pay for their test results.

My wife went in for COVID19 antibody test, with insurance. After she received the confusing results she called for an explanation. Between the visit for the test, the test itself, and the followup call the charges added up to $290. Keep in mind she was not sick or had any medical procedure done. The final bill after insurance was $58. I had the same test done elsewhere for $40 out of pocket. I saw that others did not have a great experience here either, so i'm just adding to the chorus.

So...first time visitor and my entire experience was absolutely horrendous. I urge this clinic to give their employees a basic lesson in human decency...at bare minimum. Of the handful of people who I spoke with during my time at Midwest Medical Clinic, the only person who was even somewhat kind was the PA. People are scared right now, rightfully so, and should feel like healthcare providers care and are there to help you. Avoid if you are looking for a relatively quick COVID result. When I received my test, I was told 2-4 days. It's now greater than 4 days since my test and I have yet to receive my result. When I called this morning, I was told that results take 3-7 days. Not only are the results slow compared to other testing sites, but they are inconsistent in the message delivered on result timing.

So many things went wrong with this appointment but I needed a covid test prior to my surgery so I decided to try them out. 1) We had a covid test and they charged both of us a co-pay. I am assuming they are charging all customers a co-pay for their covid tests even though Congress passed a law stating that insurance has to cover it 100% so in a nutshell, they are breaking the law. I'm not sure why they made this error if it was clearly an appointment for ONLY a covid test so how could you provide hundreds of these a week ... read more

I had a bike accident and went to this clinic. I waited over an hour to get an X-ray but their machine was broken. The nurses and the doctors were very apologetic and kind. I went to Lakeview in which I waited another hour and a half. I didn't get my results until I called. I was not contacted for another two days. I went for a check in today and was told I never made an appointment by the rudest receptionist even though the doctor and I spoke on the phone and confirmed the appointment two days prior. I had a covid test (presented with symptoms) on Wednesday night and still no results on Tuesday morning. They told me 2-4 days. Everyday they tell me they will call the lab and get back to me, but I don't receive a call/follow up.

The Good 1. Was able to get in for a Covid test same day. 2. Never had to go inside the facility, you wait in your car and they call your phone when it's time to swab your nose in a tent in the parking lot. 3.
