Registration and check in systems do not work. You can check in and wait an hour to find out your card expired and you really aren't checked in. Appointments are not honored. If you make an appointment and check in on their ipad, you shouldn't be waiting while all the walk ins go before you. registration system catches a loop and resends code repeatedly. third time I'm updating my credit card that prevents us from checking in. My doctor had called Midwest Express Clinic to see if they could treat a throat abscess. The receptionist told her that the clinic would be able to treat me so I went in. Turns out she was confused and that they do not actually treat abscesses. They sent me to the hospital. Wasted my time and money here. Receptionist's need more training and to talk to a doctor before they make promises they can't keep. Would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly the team does not know what they are talking about.

sickening how they deny care, especially to a child, because of a misplaced insurance card. They REFUSE to bill you later and you have to pay everything out of pocket right then and there. might as well go to the ER.

Toxic environment to work in and as a patient. The laundry list of what is wrong with this business, would be like writing a novel. People that rate this facility with 2 or more stars have no standards, extremely low expectations and most likely just suck at life.

Shady billing practices- I've come here a few times and they took all of my info, told me that I was covered by insurance for my visit. A few months later, apparently they claimed they sent me 2 outstanding balances to which I NEVER received because I moved, yet they had my phone number and email but didn't have decency or balls to call me or email me saying that I owed them. I called the receptionist to explain my situation and ask if it could be treated and taken care of there, she said "yes" and NOTHING was done besides an X-ray. I left still in pain and with a list full of obvious OTC medication I could take for the issue. The doctor sent something over to Walgreens pharmacy and did not authorize the medication so I couldn't even pick it up. I'm very upset with the lack of care within the health field right now.

I wasn't sure if I had a UTI but something didn't feel right "down there". Disclosure: I've been married for 3 years so something was up but it didn't feel like a normal UTI. I took a urine test at the clinic but it was "inconclusive" and as the nurse practitioner was about to walk out, she looks back at me and goes "unless you'd like to take a vaginal swab to see if it's something else we can't see yet?" I had a misdiagnosed ankle sprain. I went back 2 times within a month and was told I had a sprain that was healing. A month later another doctor examined me and found I had a fracture and dislocation. I had to have immediate surgery. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Incompetent staff, wait time despite a reservation over a half hour. All they want to do is Covid test. You could come in with a broken arm and they'll ask if you want a COVID test 16 times. We get it guys, it pays well, but maybe drop the grift occasionally and treat the patient.
