This place is horrible. For starters the staff at the front desk is beyond trashy and have the worst attitudes ever. I seriously waited for over an hour and a half to get my toddler a physical done. There was Zero communication from the staff and they have zero regard for any patients! I work in a providers office and we have NEVER had a patient waiting over an hour to be seated. If there was an option I would say this place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!

NO NO NO. Not because of the doctors, because of the receptionist, nurse and the lack of empathy! Just yesterday I had a bike accident and that was the closest clinic that I can go. When I arrive there I was bleeding from both of my knees and arm. I was in the Schock and pain. Definitely go somewhere else for your Covid tests. When my husband and I got tested, they said it'd be between 5-10 days. It's now been 13 days so the results (when/if we get them) will be pointless. Setting up the appointment and getting the actual test done was so easy, but there are other places that can get you your results much faster. Disappointing.

Update: I finally got my results after 17 days and multiple calls. The final call they had my results but didn't bother texting it to me for official communication. Literally the worst, most unorganized, unprofessional staff ever. I went here a week ago for a nose covid swab. They don't know what their doing because each person I've spoken to since that day has told me a different story The day of my testing (Tuesday), the technician said to call back Thursday afternoon for results. I see there are two other reviews about you guys losing lab results which is absolutely unacceptable. My boyfriend went here initially for kidney pain and you misdiagnosed him with a kidney stone. It turns out he had ATN and needed to go to the hospital where he stayed for a week. Fortunately after I called back you advised me to take him to the hospital. I went to the Wicker Park location to get a Covid 19 test and was alarmed at how the nurse provided testing. She was wearing a torn gown, used gloves and not the proper protective gear for herself or for those she came into contact with. After initial in person consult and blood draw, I was told I would be contacted in 3 days for follow-up. 7 days later, I was contacted for phone consult to report lab results. Any calls to the clinic are automatically routed to voicemail, which disconnects call at the end of message, no way to leave information. 15 days after initial visit, I have no paperwork, and received no email documentation regarding the visit.
