I continue to get collections emails annually for bills I already paid in 2021 and proof of insurance was already provided to your clinic many times. I have tried calling numerous times to fix this to either leave a message and talk to no one or talk to someone who says they will straighten it out. And then I get a message a year later that I owe something. You initially seems to open several accounts for me which sounds like fraud; I won't be surprised when you get busted for whatever scams you're running.

The billing is a mess. They sent me additional bills a year later after the visits, for which I've already paid in full, indicating I need to pay more for those visits. I called, they said it's a mistake from their side. But later the bills were sent to a collection company anyway. Called again, this time they said it's not their issue. I should've read the comments carefully before I went there.

Please try another urgent care if you can. This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this clinic. It's close to my house and I figured I'd give it another try after two years. Took my wife in who was dealing with high fever, sore throat, and not feeling well. They took a culture sample to see if any results for strep throat would come back. I've come here a few times over the past year and found out that they had been double charging me for each appointment. I didn't receive any communication until a collection agency reached out to me. I have been going back and forth with billing for a few weeks now-providing them with proof of payment for each visit. When I arrived for an appointment today I'm told they won't see me for this issue which they haven't taken care of for over a month. As you can see from other one star reviews, this company has some unethical practices when it comes to billing. Midwest Express Clinic sent me two emails for past visits in early April and May 2023, informing me that I was going to be charged for two visits and to not submit payment, as the emails were not bills. This payment was for the portion of the bill that my insurance did not cover. Absolutely terrible. The front desk and billing isn't very helpful. While I was doing my checkin and asking questions, the receptionist answered the home three times and ask me to wait so I kept repeating myself. After seeing the doctor they were suppose to do a follow up after test results. Never got a call until I was able to get an appointment with my regular doctor for the same problem. I wouldn't recommend this facility and will not visit again

Literally the worst. This place is the 4th circle of hell. Wildly inappropriate comments from nurses in addition to this location forgetting to send out my blood work and urinalysis then pretending they had no idea why this would happen. Avoid this location at all costs.

incompetent billing. Went with my child in December 2022. Could not verify my insurance due to their own computer issues. Sent full bill. Called back with insurance information. Never heard back from them until my account was sent for collections. Called back... I had to fix it with my insurance. Escalated to supervisor (which they did not want to do) -- they had messed up my child's date of birth -- so that is why insurance had rejected it. Finally insurance billed and paid.
