My son's asthma was bothering him. The Hammond Clinic urgent care was closed so I headed to NWI Urgent Care. While I was filling out my son's paperwork the nurse comes over and says the dr suggests I take him to the ER because his cough sounded like whooping cough. I explained his asthma had flared up and he merely needed a breathing treatment and steroids. The dr comes over and rudely says, "You are not the doctor." Wait time was short, doctor experience was great, but the price was outrageous! I took my son in after a few days of being sick just to make sure he didn't have anything worse than the flu. For the 15 minutes I was there (mouth swab, ear check, pee in a cup), I was charged $510!!! Never going back.
