I will never, never, never go here or recommend this place to anyone. The centrr open at 9:00am. I arrived at 9:20 with complaint of chest pain. I waited over an hour in the front. I was finally called to get vitals and weight taken. I was sat in a room to wait for a doctor. After waiting another hour for a total of 2 hours, I marched back to the front requested my copay be refunded and quickly left. My son's asthma was bothering him. The Hammond Clinic urgent care was closed so I headed to NWI Urgent Care. While I was filling out my son's paperwork the nurse comes over and says the dr suggests I take him to the ER because his cough sounded like whooping cough. I explained his asthma had flared up and he merely needed a breathing treatment and steroids. The dr comes over and rudely says, "You are not the doctor." Wait time was short, doctor experience was great, but the price was outrageous! I took my son in after a few days of being sick just to make sure he didn't have anything worse than the flu. For the 15 minutes I was there (mouth swab, ear check, pee in a cup), I was charged $510!!! Never going back.
