I have never been treated this poorly in my life. The doctor made me feel like a junkie, I came in with back pain with previous back issues and surgery do to my L4 L5 S1 discs being almost gone I'm only 32, I have worked in construction since I was 16 years old of course I'm going to have some issues. They told me they gave my son a test that they didn't actually give him and then gave me the run around for 2 weeks about the results of said test. The staff blatantly lied to me when I would call and because of this my son was misdiagnosed. When I asked to speak to a manager, he never returned my call. I've since called again and I'm waiting to see if he returns this call. I'm also waiting to see if they billed my insurance for tests they did not perform. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called at 5:30 to make an appointment for my son who possibly broken his leg. They made me an appointment for 6:45 but when I got there they were not open (July 4th). In fact, they closed at 3! I called again to make sure I was at the right place as I am from out of town here visiting. Another person answered and told me he could leave a message for someone to call me. Came with the wife , she got called back and put in hallway while I sat in lobby and watched everybody else get take care of except us. I finally complained they said we are next. We are still waiting and been here for almost 2 hours and it's not busy. Stay away and go to emergency room
Horrible, from the clerk, the doctor, nurses, and even the facility doesn't look clean.. I had a very bad sore throat. I was put in a room for 2 hours,definitely not express. no one came to check on me, NOTHING. And when I asked about how much longer was told " oh yeah the doctor will be with you soon". No professionalism! The doctor came in he didn't introduce himself, looked at my throat and ears and said "boy that is red". Gave me a prescription and left. Staff are friendly but the service is awful. Twice I've had to pay a pretty penny just to be told something as simple as go to Walgreens and try this, or go to a real doctor who knows about your condition. These people are a bunch of quacks. Avoid at all costs.
The place is cramped and under staffed. My visit there was greeted by at least 3 people in the waiting area that were suffering from some pretty nasty coughs. Although masks were at the counter, none were wearing them and the staff didnt request it either. My appointment was for 9:30 am and I walked out of that place at 11:35 am without seeing anyone. This is my first time ever visiting an "express" clinic and it will definitely be my last. They totally lived up to my image of them.
Usually I like this place but I as of today I really don't like this place. I came in just for a simple skin tag removal I thought I be in and out wrong. I've been here since about 9:30am it's now 11:36am I've been in the exam room for about an hour still no doctor. People who came in after me where being seen and even leaving before I even got called back. Today the Doctor is Molly. I don't understand why this visit is taking so long to be seen. I must say this is my last visit unless I can't get into my regular doctor.
This was the worst Urgent Care I have been to yet. The Medical Assistant was pushy and wasn't listening, I even stated to my son: Stop telling her what you want, she isn't listening and doesn't care, whereby she promptly walked out. The overly tired Nurse Practitioner came in to 'walk us out' and said 'he can't work until he follows up with a Specialist', we stated that would be impossible and she replied 'I know, I can't take any days off of work either', well she and her staff need to.
