I called In advance to see if they offer services I needed . They said yes came to the "clinic" and they couldn't prescribe anything because the doctor wasn't here !! Wtf!! $50 copayment and they couldn't help!! Waste of time go to a real urgent care. Plus total time waiting over 80 minutes and they told us there was one person ahead of us!! Don't go if really in need.

TWO AND A HALF HOUR WAIT!! I will never go back there and I suggest everyone else stays away. They "forgot" about us and called at least 3 people before me that signed in AFTER me. When I questioned it, it was excuse after excuse, after out right lie. They took us back and we still waited another 40 minutes. The staff never apologized, and had bad attitudes to boot. When the nurse practitioner finally came in she, at least, had the decency to feel bad, apologize, and spend all of 5 minutes evaluating my kid. Worst experience... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only are the waits interminable due to understaffing and the medical care hit-or-miss, but on the most recent visit, the Nurse Practitioner was clearly ill, sneezed a dozen times around my wife and son and wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. Gross!

Misdiagnosed me and charged for it. I was misdiagnosed by them which led to a battery of unnecessary tests. Then they forced me to pay all the charges by sending me to collections. Horrible experience. The doctor even admitted they had misdiagnosed me.

Wait time is not bad but its because they are in a rush to get the patients out. You can tell in the tone in their voice, and body language. I heard the MA/nurse discussing patient issues out loud in front of me and my daughter. Ever heard of HIPPA??? Music was loud like if they were teenagers at a slumber party. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

More than hated it! I took my 2 year old with 104 degree fever. The 'doctor,' while sitting in her chair peeked around the corner and said '...well I can look at her or you can take her to the ER.' She did not make an effort to get up from the chair to talk to me let alone look at the kid, at which point I realized how concerned she was for the well being of a child and decided to go ahead and take my daughter to the ER. The doctor was a rude, arrogant, non-informative individual and treated me m (his patient) as an uneducated, piece of crap.. I am an educated mental health counselor in this county and unfortunately I couldn't get into my family doctor due to the holidays and my upper respiratory infection getting worse. I had to wait an hour before I seen the jerk doctor bc the nurses needed to make me take a flu and some other bs test when I obviously had and informed them that I had bronchitis bc I get it every year around this time!!!! I had a very bad experience at NWI Urgent Care. There was no wait which was nice but the doctor gave no care and wrote me a prescription for something I didn't need. I'd rather have quality medical care than quick and wrong diagnoses!

I will never, never, never go here or recommend this place to anyone. The centrr open at 9:00am. I arrived at 9:20 with complaint of chest pain. I waited over an hour in the front. I was finally called to get vitals and weight taken. I was sat in a room to wait for a doctor. After waiting another hour for a total of 2 hours, I marched back to the front requested my copay be refunded and quickly left.
