Awesome. Got lucky enough to have no wait, reception and nurses couldn 't have been nicer and the Dr. was informative, professional and I felt very confident of his diagnosis. In no way did I feel rushed. Would highly recommend.
I placed reviews about my bad experience and now they are using my phone number left to contact me about medical issues to harass me. Be careful with this shady business.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years, no more. today I encountered one of 5he rudest employees. I called back to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. I will not be going back. I think her name was Stephanie or Samantha not sure. rude and obnoxious. I guess they don't need my business. long term customer gone,!!!! one bad employee on custome service and you will drive away the base. someone should look into it. I have never seen her before and I will not see her again.

I was there last Thursday to check if I had COVID or any other infection, the nurse practitioner refused to give some medicine for COVID because I tested positive, I asked her why? She said that it was just for patients with some health conditions, so I'm here with sore throat, chills even my house is 76° and I covered with blankets, headache, muscle pain, a lot of flames I feel horrible. Hopefully nothing happens to me because I bearly walk.

My college student daughter had laryngitis and a mild sore throat, and went in for a free COVID test so she could go to work at her childcare job. She was blindsided with a dr visit that she didn't request, and they informed her they were doing a strep and flu test, while they were already initiating it, even tho she did not have fever, body aches or severe sore throat indicating a need for any additional testing. Company is charging different fees for people. If you have insurance, you will be charged much more than if you do not use your insurance. Called the clinic and they tried telling me that they don't set their own prices ... the insurance company does. This company is making hand over fist charging for kids that have no choice but to get tested to be in school. Just another company taking advantage....

Honestly downloaded Yelp and made an account just to leave a review on this place. If i could make it a 0/5 star i would but I guess that 1 star can be for the physicians because they actually know what they are doing. I cant speak for any of the other employees though. The staff up front is incredibly rude for little to no reason at all. Please see all my previous reviews, there are several : once again the idiots in the billing department are trying to collect on a 100% paid bill . I have been round and round with them, spoken with numerous managers, even had a conference call between their billing person and my insurance company, but yet today I received a text trying to collect $146 from me. I would give 0 stars if I could. The Physicians and Plebotomists are phenomal. The office staff and office manager are completely incompetent. If you need them to contact your insurance or you need prior authorization for a long time medication, run the other way.
