Originally I thought this location was great for COVID testing, however I took my test on the 26th of June and haven't had a single call with my results. Thank God for Walgreens on 95th and King Drive that provided 2 hour results and a return to work letter all in the same day. If I hadn't taken the test again I would still be waiting and unable to work waiting for Midwest!

The worst! Went in for a COVID test. They wouldn't accept my insurance even though MY EXACT INSURANCE IS LISTED AS ACCEPTABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE. And I filled out all of the forms on-line before I went..........which they accepted. Get there and find out from a really rude employee that they won't accept my insurance after all and "why don't you just pay us $200 and file with your insurance company" was their response. REALLY? Beware we are going on 6 days of no results from covid-19 test. They do not warn about this. We were told results would take 3 days so with that in mind we agreed to pay the charge. They should warn ahead of time how long results will take so people can look elsewhere if there is a time-sensitivity.

Dr. Chube was my "provider" and I cannot express how disappointed I am with the low level of care I received at this clinic. From the uninformed front desk staff, to their website that advertises certain services that they flat out didn't provide. there is literally nothing express about this place. the first time i came i was a walk in so i wasnt too miffed about waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, especially since the actual doctor visit was speedy (i was there a total of about an hour.) fast forward to now, when i have a 10:30 APPOINTMENT for a follow up. i showed up ten minutes early. it was another 45 minute wait in the waiting room. it is now 11:37 and i have been sitting in the exam room for 30 minutes. so in the time that i have been waiting here, i coul... read more

It is unfortunate when a healthcare professional has to go another facility/clinic or any at all for a personal manner. I do have to say that this place was unimpressive within the most basic principals etiquette amongst humanity and healthcare not only to mention the un professionalism amongst the clinical staff , but the lack of professional identification on anyone's "uniform" if you will. I called this urgent care to ask if they did particular lab testing. I was told on the phone that they did. I walked in and spent my own money for said lab testing, in excess of 350$. I spoke with the young lady at the counter about the testing and she stated they did offer that particular lab test. When I saw the Provider, she also stated they did the lab testing. It's a fairly clean clinic . The service is very slow. I have used this place multiple time when I can't get an appointment with my regular doctor. Staff can be friendly depending on what day you come.
