We used Mike Counsil Plumbing in the past at my parent's house in Milpitas. After thousands of dollars later and multiple trips, they solved the issue. I didn't think much of it at the time. Fast forward to years later Dec 2021, I had a water leak in my dining room ceiling. I called Mike Counsil out and they came on two occasions. First time they came they weren't able to diagnose the issue therefore didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. Look out for these guys. They came over for a plugged toilet and gave me a sad story about my old pipes (in a 50 year old house). They tried to clear the line but claimed it was impossible to do so without replacing the pipes. Cost $28,000. I called another plumber who cleared the line in 5' and refused to charge me. I insisted and paid the $228 fee. This second plumber said of course you have old pipes, it is a 50 year old house.
