Our call for help was answered fairly promptly. The customer service agent was very cordial and explained the steps for the appointment. They showed up through the window - and I was met by two very nice technicians. I explained the issue to them and simply told them that this same thing occurs every 4-6 years and I simply don't have the snake to fix the issue. Had a problem with tree roots intertwined in drain. This company charged me triple what I have paid in the past. Then they wanted to go under house to check piping... Never again. Good Luck. ..

MC Plumbing is refusing to service our sewer clean out. We are part of an HOA (we are also on the board) and each unit has its own Sewer Clean out. They initially wouldn't deal with the HOA but now I'm simply trying to schedule to have our own sewer clean out at our own unit cleaned and they won't even do that much. $400 to turn the pressure valve to high! Wrote 3 page reviews on what's happening. But seriously that just seems a little too much! They were responsive, called to tell us the time. Hence 2 stars

don't want to waste the back and forth, the end result is that my septic tank filter was broken by the snake, (spent 2000 to fix it). It was stuck in there, and hard pull just break it. Techinician is not professional, and be careful whatever they told you, do your research. lession learned!! thanks!

A building cleanout creates optimal access to clean and better assess your building sewer line. It enables one to determine the root cause of the back up. A main line that is backing up usually indicates a problem area(s) in the line. My mistake of calling them. I should have Yelp them first. Their 1 star reviews are true. My hot water was dripping water. I stop the water dripping. The guy came and quoted me $700 to replace my bathroom sink. That is outrageous and i rejected. I called another handyman and he replaced the valve $100. Hear their ads on the radio all the time. I like the idea of using a local, family owned company, so when I needed some work done I thought I'd give them a try. Used their website Book Now option to schedule an appointment for work on a shower that had lost hot water pressure and had heavy calcium build up on the spout.
