Pablo came out today to do a water heater yearly maintenance. He was polite, courteous, very professional, in other words typical of all Mike Counsil employees. This is my go to for any plumbing needs.

This is a shoutout to Jose. He took the time out of his day to help me jumpstart my truck when my battery wasn't working. I was in a hurry to another appointment and completely stranded during peak rush hour. If you have kind and helpful employees, that translates to great customer service.

Shout out to Zach. What a great job he did for us. Keep in contact with us, explained, quality work, on time. They maybe on the expensive side.....but I had an odd repair that required ordering special part and they handled it beautifully.

We couldn't be happier with the service we just received from Mike Counsil Plumbing and their master plumber, Carlos. We had a somewhat challenging plumbing problem that Carlos was able to discuss in detail with us and our various options. We had Mike Counsil plumbers at our former home to install the kitchen faucet, and a new water heater. They were great...professional and charged exactly what they contracted for despite the fact that it took much longer than expected. Their friendly, courteous team impressed us. When it was time to install new faucets in our new house, I called them. I want to give a shout-out to TRAVIS. Thanks, people!

I just want to give a shout out to a great plumber, Brian Alvarez. He is a very young man but very experienced and not only gave great service, also gave great advice. He installed a new bathroom faucet and a new Reverse osmosis device in our kitchen.

First time using this company and it was a great experience. Had to call to get a estimate for an outside leaking pipe and an under the kitchen sink leak. They were able to send someone within a couple hours for the estimate and the service was performed the following day. Work was done quickly and clean up was excellent. Much thanks to Tony Moreno who was quite knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Highly recommended and will be using them again if the need arises.

My husband and I have been always satisfied with their work since we asked them to update all our pipes under the floor few years ago. They visit our house for check up occasionally and never suggest unnecessary works. Recently Pablo visited our house to check up things and clean up under the floor without cost. He deserves 5 stars.

Courtesy service turned into prevention of a safety issue I've been a customer (Carmen B. is my name on file with Mike Counsil) for over 4 yrs now. I had major plumbing work done starting in November 2022, as well as needed to purchase a new water heater in 2023. I was contacted a few months ago to schedule a courtesy water heater flush and after my need to reschedule several times due to work, the courtesy service was done yesterday (12/19/24).
