Very pleased with the service from Mike Counsil P&R - especially JJ's crew (Juvenal, Giovani, Alexis, and others) and Cesar, Ana - and others - in finishing. Our project began with a clogged/corroded sewer line; then we elected to replace the hodge-podge of patched water lines in our 75-yr-old house; in total, the disruption lasted about 2 weeks. I hired Mike and his crew to repipe my 4 plex. I am so glad I went with him as he brought a full crew and completed the job in 1 day vs 1 month that others told me. He did a fantastic job interacting with the tenants and he went above and beyond. These guys know what they are doing. Sam

I called this morning because I could not get the pilot back on my water heater and the hot water was taking forever to kick in. Paisley answered the phone and was very nice and really wanted to help. She was able to get me a same day appointment. This is my second time contacting them for service. The first time was 6 years ago when I needed to replace my water heater and their quality of work was excellent. Very professional in their work and really valued my time. This is a shoutout to Jose. He took the time out of his day to help me jumpstart my truck when my battery wasn't working. I was in a hurry to another appointment and completely stranded during peak rush hour. If you have kind and helpful employees, that translates to great customer service.

We couldn't be happier with the service we just received from Mike Counsil Plumbing and their master plumber, Carlos. We had a somewhat challenging plumbing problem that Carlos was able to discuss in detail with us and our various options. We had Mike Counsil plumbers at our former home to install the kitchen faucet, and a new water heater. They were great...professional and charged exactly what they contracted for despite the fact that it took much longer than expected. Their friendly, courteous team impressed us. I just want to give a shout out to a great plumber, Brian Alvarez. He is a very young man but very experienced and not only gave great service, also gave great advice. He installed a new bathroom faucet and a new Reverse osmosis device in our kitchen.
