So we had a "simple" fix that turned out to be a lot more than that ... but Sergio came out to us and performed over and above what we could have ever hoped for! It was during the ridiculous heatwave and he really did a Fantastic job on our toilets! Sergio, if you read this, or if they mention it to you, we are very appreciative! Thank You!

I called Mike Counsil plumbing for leak in the front and backyard faucet and pipes. Next day J.J came first thing in the morning and I had him check bathroom and kitchen for any lick. They started working on Saturday with a team of people. J.J, Kevin, and Christopher worked very hard, explain everything and I'm very satisfied with the whole process.

We recently had some issues with our double kitchen sink. The sink water was not going down & it the garbage disposal was turned on, water would back up in both sides. We tried using the plunger, pouring hot water with the baking soda & vinegar technique. We even took the pipes apart, made sure they were not clogged & cleaned them, but to no avail. I found Mike Counsil plumbing on thumbtack. I had never used them Before But had them Come and look at a leak under the sink. Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider. Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. I had a leaky water heater that was no longer working. They came out and had it fixed in a day... there is nothing like hot water for a shower. It was expensive but I know it was done right and that is what was most important. I want to give a big shout to the team Jose Romero, Daniel and Rene. They were wonderful. I would definitely request these guys if I need further work!

Very friendly staff and technicians. Followed up quickly via phone and text. Able to address my emergency need for help on same day. Explained work steps clearly and precisely. Joseph and team did an amazing job replacing the water heater in my house. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of work is outstanding and he answered all my questions. They drained the old water heater, removed it safely, and made upgrades to meet the code. Then new water heater was installed. All this was done within a day after contacting them. Mike Counsil team is always in professional uniform and have clearly identifiable company vans. They are worth the money
