I found Mike Counsil plumbing on thumbtack. I had never used them Before But had them Come and look at a leak under the sink. Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider. Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. I had a leaky water heater that was no longer working. They came out and had it fixed in a day... there is nothing like hot water for a shower. It was expensive but I know it was done right and that is what was most important. I want to give a big shout to the team Jose Romero, Daniel and Rene. They were wonderful. I would definitely request these guys if I need further work!

Very friendly staff and technicians. Followed up quickly via phone and text. Able to address my emergency need for help on same day. Explained work steps clearly and precisely. Conscious of health concerns, wearing masks, gloves and booties during their visit. Top grade for response time and customer interactions. Highly recommend.

Joseph and team did an amazing job replacing the water heater in my house. He is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality of work is outstanding and he answered all my questions. They drained the old water heater, removed it safely, and made upgrades to meet the code. Then new water heater was installed. All this was done within a day after contacting them. Mike Counsil team is always in professional uniform and have clearly identifiable company vans. They are worth the money

I had a potential clog in my skimmer line for a pond and waterfall feature in my backyard. I contacted Mike Counsil and they sent Bobby Mata and his partner the very next day. They were prompt and got to snaking the pipe immediately. This was a tough job and Bobby and his partner worked in the sun for a good 2 hours. We discovered there was no clog indicating some other motor related potential issue. I was blown away when Bobby said he would not charge me anything. I needed to have all three of my old toilets replaced and our middle bathroom upstairs shower replaced as well. The Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter employees did an 'excellent' job in getting the work done in a very timely manner. They also found a crack in our toilet flange which would have cost us a lot more money if it had split open. They showed us the crack so we wouldn't think they were trying to pull a fast one over us.
