We had a faucet installation that revealed some leaky pipes. We were referred to Mike Counsil and Gert showed up early the next morning to assess the issues. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what his recommendations were. He said he would send over a team to finish the job. Then James and Ben showed up pretty promptly afterwards and I can't say enough great things about these guys.. they kept it professional, friendly and had great knowledge to offer about everything they were doing. Would recommend

They came out fixed my water Heater the same day !! Very Professional... when it comes to plumbing and water heater issues call Mike. They will fix the issue and you can get back to life!!! The in the World Call Today!!! A+ in my Book

Leaking water from my tub valve that is chronic and persistent. After Ytubes and Google to try and figure it out myself, I callled due to high rating. Mario and Alfonso came out. I received a call in the morning for eta. They called when on their way. After evaluating the problem, Mario gave me a written estimate. It was fixed. Very happy.

The best experience I've had with a plumber. They communicated everything, gave us a written estimate, fixed the issues, checked that all was working upon completion and were so professional. We needed a lot of work including the main from the street into the house and they had 3 visits to get it all done. Very neat, timely and polite. Jose Romero and Antonio Cardenas explained everything they were doing, what the issues were, went around the house and tested all the faucets. Excellent job! My plumbers forever!

I just got quoted over $800 to run a diagnostic on our tankless water heater and was told those $ would NOT be applied to work. Does this seem reasonable?

Based on their BS commercials and reviews I've read, they are a very small company with two or three plumbers. I would hire union plumbers. They know what their doing and won't fuck you on the price like a very small company will. I've worked in HVAC from very small to large union companies and super small companies will fuck you sideways.

If they know you're out of town (I made that mistake) they'll jack the prices through the roof because they know you're desperate. Price quotes were insane, super shady, but they were fast. If you're in a bind and desperate with cash to throw around, they are an option, but they'll seriously violate your wallet with upcharges and things you don't actually need (During water heater replacment eval: Water Heater pan: $268.80 ... it's a pan you buy at Home Depot for $40 and sits underneath the water heater. The quotes for plumping services from this company were outrageously expensive. Twice now, I tried to use their services but both times they are just so expensive compared to other quotes that I got. To replace a toilet, the quote is $650 compared to $350 to $400 from two other quotes I got. The reconstruction of a toilet Toto tank that they mentioned, was $750, it was quoted without even looking at mechanics inside the tank, & in the end, all it took was to simply replace the black valve pump. I have used Mike Counsil plumbing many times over the years and I have always been very satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, when I called them today I found that they now have one of those accursed AIs that you have to talk to and explain your problem. I will NEVER use Mike Counsil again, just because of that AI. I want to talk to a human being!!
