Just finished up a complete house and sewer drains replacement due to pipe failures after 60+ years of use. The job was big and extended as drain failures were encountered when access to different drainage areas (all in or under a concrete slab) were accessible and viewed with cameras. We hired Mike's team to replace aging water pipes with copper, and to replace defective sections of our sewer system under our house. I can't say enough about the team that worked with us on pricing, and then immediately getting to work: started that day. Everything was done not only to code, but to very high quality standards. We had a backed up sink. Bobby and Jose were here today. They were on time, skilled, and most pleasant. They made 3 recommendations for our stopped up sink after checking our old pipes in the crawl space. We chose to have them snake the drain, which was the less expensive one due to our already having indoor and outdoor plumbing insurance. We wanted a quick fix and they got that done. Another wonderful experience with Mike Counsil plumbing. We hired them to fix the plumbing for our bathroom sink and change our vanity counter top. Not only did James and Eddie do wonderful work, but they also helped with a few other small things around our house that needed fixing. They were both kind, professional, and treated this job as if it was their own home. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Mike Counsil plumbing (especially James) and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

So we had a "simple" fix that turned out to be a lot more than that ... but Sergio came out to us and performed over and above what we could have ever hoped for! I called Mike Counsil plumbing for leak in the front and backyard faucet and pipes. Next day J.J came first thing in the morning and I had him check bathroom and kitchen for any lick. They started working on Saturday with a team of people. J.J, Kevin, and Christopher worked very hard, explain everything and I'm very satisfied with the whole process.

We recently had some issues with our double kitchen sink. The sink water was not going down & it the garbage disposal was turned on, water would back up in both sides. We tried using the plunger, pouring hot water with the baking soda & vinegar technique. We even took the pipes apart, made sure they were not clogged & cleaned them, but to no avail.
