Had a water dripping issue from the toilet. A free inspection and two options to the fix were provided. The service staff, Carlos, did a pretty good job of replacing the wax ring and cleaning up afterwards. He is skilled at performing the service and being friendly by sharing his opinions on the water damage mitigation.

Had a potential leak in the wall, it took Mike Counsil Plumbing less than 24h to resolve it. Technician (Jose R.) was scheduled to come 8am next day, was super friendly and helpful, diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. Very professional and quick! Thank you!!!

I have used Mike Council for several situations already so it's about time I left a review. Mike Council has been my goto for couple years now, from diagnosing a water hammer issue, to sink and toilet replacements. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing because I experienced a previous contact with this company, and Bobby that I observed in contrast to the competition to be very honest and reliable. My second experience was better than should be anticipated; once again the practicality, honesty shines through in Bobby's professional business ethic. I would highly recommend this business.

Rickie did great work! I had an ancient faucet that had seriously bonded with the sink and he was able to cut it out and replace it with a brand new one. His colleague Jose noticed the missing/leaky valves and Ricky fixed that as well. He had missed a part on my soap dispenser and then drove back 30 minutes to reinstall it properly. Dedicated to getting things right. I am extremely happy with this service.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me a no-surprises estimate before he started the work. Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

EXCELENT!! I have used Mike Counsil Plumbing several times now and each time they have been excellent! I had a gas dryer installed with another company and they did everything wrong and I ended up with a gas leak. I called Mike Council and they came out in less than an hour and got me all fixed up. We ended up having another issue that was no fault of theirs and they came back and fixed that too and at no extra cost. I could not be happier with this company and their professionalism.
