I was recently in an urgent water leak situation and reached out to MC Plumbing. Despite it being a Saturday, I reached someone and had the MC Plumbing team diagnosing and subsequently repairing the leak within an hour. Special thanks to Yobani, Pablo for doing problem determination and to JJ and Charlie for executing the repairs. The whole team was very helpful and explained the options. One concern was when I referred them to a friend, it sounds like the assessment and estimate provided was questionable and overly pushed.

Thanks to Jose R. and Gary for diagnosing our water heater issue on February 24. 2023 and informing us it was covered by our warranty. James and his associate did a great job installing the replacement. Thanks to Jose R. for confirming our water pressure problem was due to our water softener. Had a problem with our kitchen sink & they came in a couple hours & got started to see what was wrong & gave us a fair deal & show proof what was need to be replace over all good service !!!

Mike Counsil has done great work for us several times in the past. Today was another great experience, this time with Mr. James Riggins. Mr. Riggins called ahead, arrived on time and went to work removing a broken kitchen faucet and installing a new one. Due to our hard water, some extra work was required on the supply lines, but he got it all done. Our sink is now in fine shape thanks to him!

Mike Counsel Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my bathroom and kitchen sink plumbing, Luis Alvarez and Santiago finished the job. They went over and above to be sure I was pleased with their work. I recommend this company. Their customer service is exemplary.

Noticed last night that we had a leak under the kitchen sink, what a mess. I called just before 5 pm and was able to get some one out 1st thing the next day. What great service. James Riggins was excellent, he did great work and took the time to explain to me about the down side of buy off market materials (new faucet). Very pleasant experience today!!! Thank you so much.

Mike Council re-piped our whole house (inc 40 years warranty) over 2 weeks and they did a great job (unfortunate we had leak in our slab). Thank you to Joseph who managed the project and Oscar Carrasco & Rene Melendez for the quality workmanship. We decided to also upgrade our water tank (from 2006) to a newer/more efficient model. Happy customer.

they kept me informed of when they were going to show up and they were on time. Technician Eddie Cortez did a efficient repair of my leaky faucet and pipes. he was polite and friendly and got down to business. I highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING, is my description of the service that I received from Bobby and his associate Jacob from Mike Counsil Plumbing. I chose their company, because they are local and have been in business for over 35 years. They were on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed my garbage disposal problem as electrical rather than a plumbing issue.I asked for a referral for an electrician and was given a choice.
