I called Mike Counsil Plumbing because I experienced a previous contact with this company, and Bobby that I observed in contrast to the competition to be very honest and reliable. My second experience was better than should be anticipated; once again the practicality, honesty shines through in Bobby's professional business ethic. I would highly recommend this business.

Rickie did great work! I had an ancient faucet that had seriously bonded with the sink and he was able to cut it out and replace it with a brand new one. His colleague Jose noticed the missing/leaky valves and Ricky fixed that as well. He had missed a part on my soap dispenser and then drove back 30 minutes to reinstall it properly. Dedicated to getting things right. I am extremely happy with this service.

Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me a no-surprises estimate before he started the work. Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

EXCELENT!! I have used Mike Counsil Plumbing several times now and each time they have been excellent! I had a gas dryer installed with another company and they did everything wrong and I ended up with a gas leak. I called Mike Council and they came out in less than an hour and got me all fixed up. We ended up having another issue that was no fault of theirs and they came back and fixed that too and at no extra cost. I could not be happier with this company and their professionalism. I was recently in an urgent water leak situation and reached out to MC Plumbing. Despite it being a Saturday, I reached someone and had the MC Plumbing team diagnosing and subsequently repairing the leak within an hour. Special thanks to Yobani, Pablo for doing problem determination and to JJ and Charlie for executing the repairs. The whole team was very helpful and explained the options. One concern was when I referred them to a friend, it sounds like the assessment and estimate provided was questionable and overly pushed.

James and his associate did a great job installing the replacement. Thanks to Jose R. for confirming our water pressure problem was due to our water softener.
