Alexis from Mike Counsel plumbing was awesome to have as our technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately after a quick quote. he wasn't only thorough, he made sure to go the extra mile to ensure the whole pipe was good after the repair. Pablo and Richard came but today and did a great job cleaning out the main line clogged with roots as well as flushing out my water heater. They were professional, on time and courteous.

I was a little worried by all the negative reviews on here about upsell and pricing etc, but I actually had a pretty solid experience with them. We had a split in a coupling on our main water service line just before the ball valve. I got quotes from a set of places and MC weren't outrageous. They suggested other services, but I didn't get a hard sell on those. The quality of the work seems excellent; I would be happy to use them again

Very pleased with the service from Mike Counsil P&R - especially JJ's crew (Juvenal, Giovani, Alexis, and others) and Cesar, Ana - and others - in finishing. Our project began with a clogged/corroded sewer line; then we elected to replace the hodge-podge of patched water lines in our 75-yr-old house; in total, the disruption lasted about 2 weeks. I called this morning because I could not get the pilot back on my water heater and the hot water was taking forever to kick in. Paisley answered the phone and was very nice and really wanted to help. She was able to get me a same day appointment. This is my second time contacting them for service. The first time was 6 years ago when I needed to replace my water heater and their quality of work was excellent. Very professional in their work and really valued my time. Pablo came out today to do a water heater yearly maintenance. He was polite, courteous, very professional, in other words typical of all Mike Counsil employees. This is my go to for any plumbing needs.
